Connecting a brokerage account allows Verstige to access account data on your behalf including balance, positions, and performance data. You authorize these connections at your own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your brokerage provider's terms of service.
Verstige does not execute trades, manage funds, or provide investment advice through this platform. Trading account connections can be revoked at any time from your account settings.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials on Verstige.io are owned by Verstige Marketing and Technology unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to use content you submit solely for the purpose of operating the platform. No reverse engineering, cloning, or unauthorized duplication of the platform or its components is permitted.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are not under our control. We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party provider. Interactions with third-party services — including but not limited to brokerage integrations, payment processors, and AI providers — are governed solely by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Use third-party services at your own risk.
Verstige.io is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure. Use at your own risk.
AI-generated output from our platform is produced by automated systems and should be independently reviewed before use in business decisions or trading contexts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verstige Marketing and Technology and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data loss, or business opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the six months preceding the claim.
